Nothing Works without Jesus

Lately I could tell my balance has been slipping away. I am not dizzy, just off balance when standing or walking with the cane. I believe in the mind being capable to make suggestions to the body such as moving blood to or from a part of the body. Bernie Siegel calls this phenomenon body-mind. I also believe meditation can help heal. I also believe God helps those that help themselves. I bought the Bernie Siegel tapes. I listened to them. I bought some meditation tapes. I listened to them. I did not get better. Maybe I was just no good at this, I thought. Then I started praying to Jesus Christ to help me before, after and during listening to these tapes. After one day I was better. I can tell you God helps those that help themselves, but you have to ask and never lose faith in God’s mercy and love for you.
