You Have to Ask

I knew this, but then somehow I reasoned my way into confusion. It is OK, at least for me, to pray to Jesus for what I think I want for my life. Of course His Will be done at the end of the day. So I don't plan on always getting my request, but I know I will get what I need. I lost sight of this because I have been so blessed, asking for something personal seemed incredibly greedy and I felt guilty to even ask. Perhaps this is where God’s will and free will intersects?
