The Little Things are Automatic

This morning I realized you do not have to ask Jesus for help with the little things. When Jesus walks with you, the little things are automatically taken care of, at least for me. I realized this as I woke up this morning and began giving thanks for all my blessings I am likely to take for granted, like being able to get around the house on a cane. When Jesus told me He would take care of me, He meant it. Remember my personal doctrine and relationship with Christ is built upon these three simple, yet very powerful, facts I know to be true:

1. Jesus loves me.
2. Jesus will always be there for me.
3. Jesus will always take care of me.

You may say, “But Morris, you have a brain tumor!”, “How is that taking care of you?” I would say the brain tumor saved my spiritual life and placed me in a position to find my true self.

I do continue to ask Jesus to help me with the little and the big things because I like visiting with Jesus. Such prayers comfort me and help reinforce what I already know to be true… Jesus will always take care of me.
