Summary - An Additional Direction for this Site

I believe anything of value will grow and evolve. I know this to be true of software systems. As soon as a software product stops evolving, it immediately starts to die. There are tons of examples, remember WordPerfect/ Visicalc? This site started off as a simple way to let family, friends, and business associates know the results of my next MRI. It quickly evolved into my personal testimonial of how Jesus Christ had entered my life and made my life better. The side effect was some people found the site helpful in their own personal spiritual growth. This site will never judge you, preach to you, or tell you how you should live your life and follow Christ. There are plenty of sites that can do that. I will keep the original purpose of this site going. Namely:

1. Provide a medium to inform family, friends, and business associates of my current state of health.

2. Give a personal testimony of how Jesus Christ loves and helps me.

3. Provide insight into the new morris. A morris that was transformed by the challenge of my cancer. At this point, I am adding a new section to be named Discussion, for lack of a better name.

The Discussion section will offer topics for discussion, hopefully not for debate. The idea being through a discussion of each topic the participants will be exposed to new ideas and concepts. This can be a source of self-growth; the discussions should not be intended to radically rewire your ideas, or convince you of something outside your personality. The discussions may require you to re-think, re-validate, and re-enforce some of your life concepts. An open mind and eyes are recommended. I think this is how personal growth is achieved. Some may think this is a bad idea, no doubt it can be scary. A long time ago a man thought the earth might not be flat. He was punished just for suggesting the idea. A web site might not work for such an exchange of ideas. I think we will need a Listserv instead of a website. I will work on finding one and making it operational.
