Endless Supply of Love and Grace I write these entries as soon as they come to me. Sometimes I get it wrong and I have to write a new entry to correct or adjust a lesson. Such is the case with this entry. The lesson My Brain Tumor and the War in Iraq is not quite right. There is an implication that there is a limit to the grace and love of Jesus Christ. That somehow, if there is a war in Iraq, Jesus will be too busy for me and I should tough it out on my own and pray for those suffering in the war and postpone praying for myself. I don’t think this is the case at all. I took a little nap a minute ago. Before dozing off I was thinking about how many people will die and suffer in the next few days because of the war. I dreamed Jesus stood beside me and said, “Do not worry, Morris. I will be with you today.” Apparently, there is no limit to the grace and love of Jesus Christ. He has an endless supply. There is plenty to go around for all of us. |
